Their spend is private. Their footprint isn't.
Three public sources, read in full, not sampled.
Hundreds a month, and climbing.
New video ads launched per month in the US. Lymphoria's file names number 98, 134 and 164 new videos in three consecutive weeks of September.

They don't pick winners. They ship until Google finds one.
A handful of videos carry most of the reach. The rest is the search that found them. Then the winners get iterated: their file names carry "H1/H2/H3" hooks, "iteration" and "remake".

Long and story-led
Not 30-second cuts. Lymphoria's 10-minute-plus videos average 669K views each, the most of any length. Serene's winner runs 4:21.
A hidden cause, then a timeline
"Estrogen decline", "lymphatic sludge", "bacteria that make you crave sugar". Then day 3, week 2, day 21: what the viewer will feel, step by step.
Weight is the door, whatever the product
Lymphatic drops and oregano softgels are sold through the belly, the dad bod and "why weight feels different after 35".
One script, many audiences
Each video is tagged with who it speaks to: menopausal women, Black women, women 40+, men 40+, men who drink, Hispanic. Same mechanism, different people on screen.
AI characters and stories
AI-animated telenovelas, a monk in a temple, AI songs. Their file names say it: "AiSlop", "SongAI", "realistic Pixar". Animated characters are also cheap to localize.
Native formats for Google
Resilia cuts native 16:9 for in-stream and tags files "Google". Lymphoria and Serene run almost only vertical.
They remake each other's winners
Resilia rebuilt Lymphoria's winning story for its own product, and that remake became one of its own biggest videos.

Every file carries its test variables. With 100+ videos a week, the name is how they read results by angle, audience and editor, not video by video.

2.4M1:05The smallest of the three in volume (52 new ads in October) and the clearest case of one outlier carrying a brand: it has run five months and is still live.
We take the format. Not the claims.
These ads are live, so Google's review hasn't stopped them yet. That is not proof they are safe, and our Google accounts carry seven brands and the Q4 plan.
Their engine, with our edge.
They start every video from zero. We start from 14 videos proven on cold traffic ($2.1M on AppLovin at NC ROAS 0.91), a door test, and a bar that never moves. What we lack is volume. Each move below feeds the January $200K target for Cleantra YouTube.
A weekly pipeline, not a fixed set of 14
Ten new videos a week from Nov 2, twenty-five by December, every one named with the taxonomy above so we read results by angle and audience. We make them ourselves with AI: Higgsfield for video, ElevenLabs for voice and music.
A long-form arm
Next to the 30–60 s fixed winners, 3–10 minute story versions of the same angles. Length becomes a test variable in its own ad group.
Hidden cause and timeline, inside Cleantra's claims
Fluid that pools in the legs and face, the lymph as the system nobody talks about, then day 1 → week 3 in how it feels: lighter legs, less morning puffiness. No pounds, no disease, no drug names.
A Spanish arm, and audience versions
Spanish versions of every winner for US Hispanic viewers, in their own ad group so we read them apart. Then the same body with new openings and faces: women 40+ and menopause, men 40+, Black women. AI narration and animated characters make each version cheap; on-camera creators keep their own voice (no cloning without a release).
Stories with characters we make
An AI-animated story arm (the telenovela format), clearly fiction, never dressed up as a customer. It lets us test long-form without actors or a shoot.
Iterate what holds the bar
A video that holds NC ROAS ≥ 0.9 for 7 days gets three new hooks the next week (H1/H2/H3) on the same body, plus its 16:9 and audience versions.
Build the factory, then test it.
The launch stays on Nov 3 with what is ready. The new arms join as they pass QA.
Ten videos, four kinds, measured
We log credits and hours per kind, so the weekly target rests on measured cost, not a guess.
